&lt;p&gt;Hi Tony,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; Thanks for the feedback and I am glad the tips were useful, I&#160;started writing this after I&#160;was giving some advice to a younger colleague and he mentioned that&#160;it would have been great to have some info like this when he&#160;was starting out. So many people think it is all about the presenter and they just don&#039;t realize there is so much else that you can work on to improve your presentations.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thanks again&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pete&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
